As a Studio Manager, you are fully responsible for the operational, strategic, and personnel management of our fitness club. Your main task is to ensure the club’s quality standards and, together with your team, create an outstanding customer and service experience. This includes, in particular:
Ensuring the implementation and quality of all company standards (sales, training, classes, corporate values, etc.)
Coaching, motivating, and developing employees
Conducting performance reviews, return-to-work interviews, feedback, and development meetings
Managing and organizing staff schedules, vacation and sick leave, and monitoring shift compliance
Reviewing inventory, cash register, stock levels, and orders
Implementing the corporate values process within the team
Supporting our members with heart, competence, and passion
Implementing customer retention and activation measures (promotions, birthdays, events)
Acting as the key interface between management, the team, and other studio managers
